As a HUD Approved Counseling Agency, CCCS provides housing counseling and education services to help consumers achieve homeownership goals, maintain current housing and prevent foreclosure.
Loss Mitigation or Foreclosure Prevention Counseling
CCCS can assist you with all loss mitigation tools, including short sale and forbearance agreements to avoid foreclosure. If you are confused about, or want to learn more about the government foreclosure prevention programs such as the Making Home Affordable Program or Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives, please contact our office to meet with one of our Certified Consumer Credit and Housing Counselors.
Reverse Mortgage Counseling
CCCS has HUD Certified Reverse Mortgage Counselors to provide the required reverse mortgage counseling throughout the United States to seniors considering a reverse mortgage.
Pre-purchase Counseling
CCCS can assist with:
